Refund & Return Policy

We want you to have an excellent experience using our platform. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review the following terms regarding refunds and non-returnable purchases.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your event date.
  • Only events without custom uploads or accessed content may be eligible.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Events that include custom content such as guest hub backgrounds or other customer-uploaded content are non-refundable.
  • Once the event date has passed or event content has been accessed, downloaded, or shared, refunds will not be granted.

Private Deployments & Enterprise Events

Events utilizing private deployments for added security or custom infrastructure are considered non-refundable due to the additional resources required.

Technical Exceptions

In the rare case of a verified platform failure that prevents guests from uploading or accessing content, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Please email us at info@ohh-snaps.com with your event ID and reason for the request. We’ll review and respond within 2 business days.
