Due to the nature of digital event services, all purchases are considered final once processed. However, we want every customer to have a great experience — please review the terms below:

General Policy

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Events that include custom content such as guest hub backgrounds, overlays, or other customer-uploaded assets are not eligible for refund.
  • Once your event date has passed, or content has been accessed, downloaded, or shared, the purchase is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Private Deployments & Enterprise Events

Events utilizing private deployments for added security or custom infrastructure are considered non-refundable due to the additional resources required.

Refund Exceptions

  • A refund or partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion if there is a verified technical failure on our platform that prevents guest uploads or access.
  • If the incorrect digital product or access link is delivered and the correct version cannot be provided, we may issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your scheduled event date and before any content has been accessed or customized.
