Do my guests have to download an app?

No download required! Guests can access the event hub instantly by scanning a QR code—no app needed. However, if you’re looking for a fully branded and customized experience, we can create a dedicated mobile app available on the App Store and Google Play.

How do guests upload their photos?

Guests can scan a QR code to access the event hub directly in their browser. From there, they can upload photos instantly—no app or account required. Photos taken using the Snap Station are also automatically added to the event gallery for everyone to enjoy.

Can we customize the look and feel of our event hub?

Yes! Our base package allows you to personalize your event hub with a background image—most customers use their event invitation for a cohesive look. This simple touch gives your hub a warm, branded feel right from the start. If you’re looking for even more customization, we offer an add-on that lets you fully tailor the design to match your event theme or brand.

Is the platform suitable for weddings, corporate events, or birthdays?

Absolutely! Ohh-Snaps is perfect for all types of events—weddings, baby showers, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and more.

How long are the photos and messages stored after the event?

All photos, videos, and messages are stored for 120 days after your event date. You can download and save anything you want to keep during that time.

Can I moderate or approve content before it goes live?

Yes, you can enable moderation. This allows you to review and approve guest uploads before they appear in the public gallery.

What if some guests aren’t tech-savvy?

Our platform is extremely user-friendly—guests only need to scan a QR code and follow a few simple prompts. No downloads, logins, or complicated steps.

Can we access and download all the photos after the event?

Yes! You’ll have full access to download all the photos and videos shared by guests so you can keep or share the memories.

Do my guests have to download an app?

Nope! Guests can use the event hub through their browser via QR code. If you’d like a custom-branded app in the App Store and Google Play, we can build that too.

What’s a Snap Station?

The Snap Station is our interactive photo booth experience! It includes themed overlays (3 standard ones by default) and lets guests take fun, styled photos at your event.

How does the scavenger hunt work?

You provide the tasks or clues, and we turn them into a fun, app-based scavenger hunt. Guests complete challenges and upload proof (like photos) as they go—great for team-building or guest engagement.

Can I add new features later if I change my mind?

Yes! You can add features or upgrade your plan at any time leading up to your event. Just contact us or update your selections.

Is this private or secure?

Yes. Your event hub is private, and guest content is only accessible to those with the event link or QR code. We also offer moderation controls for added peace of mind.
